Who they are

Suptelcom is the name Ecuador's integrators and contractors call when they need serious network infrastructure—fast. They distribute globally trusted brands across structured cabling, racks and enclosures, channeling and accessories, and testing equipment: the layers that keep data centers, hospitals, schools, and office buildings connected.

With offices in Quito, Guayaquil, Cuenca, and Ambato, and coverage nationwide, they're built to stay close to wherever the work happens.

The challenge

Imagine you're an engineer in the middle of a high-stakes installation. A customer's data center expansion is days from go-live, and you need a specific Panduit patch panel—the exact SKU—or the whole rack can't be terminated. You start searching. The distributor's site is slow, the catalog is buried, and you're not even sure they stock the part. You end up making phone calls, sending emails, and hoping someone calls you back before the end of the day.

That was the friction Suptelcom's customers were feeling. Suptelcom had the inventory, the expertise, and the authorized partnerships—but their digital presence wasn't doing them justice. Engineers and buyers couldn't quickly find what they needed, and Suptelcom's team spent too much time answering the same "do you have this part?" questions instead of closing deals and solving real problems.

They needed a site that made their massive catalog feel as accessible as a conversation with their best sales rep.

What we built together

We partnered with Suptelcom to design and ship a website that mirrors how their best salespeople sell: clear, confident, and quick to the point.

  • Brand clarity upfront: Visitors immediately see Suptelcom's role as an authorized distributor and how each flagship manufacturer fits real project needs—from copper and fiber ecosystems to racks, channelization, and professional test gear.
  • Structured journeys for busy buyers: Content is organized so integrators can scan by solution area and jump to what matters for data centers, intelligent buildings, education, retail, health, and beyond.
  • A catalog that doesn't hide: Products are easy to browse, search, and filter. No more digging through PDFs to find a SKU.

Ranking #1 for "Panduit" in Ecuador

When an engineer in Quito searches for Panduit solutions, Suptelcom should be the first name they see. That was the mission.

We optimized the entire product architecture for local search—structured data, technical content, and category pages aligned with how people actually search for infrastructure components. The result: Suptelcom now ranks at the top of local search results for Panduit and other major brands, capturing demand at the exact moment a buyer is ready to spec or purchase.

Why it matters

When infrastructure fails, the headline is rarely "bad intentions"—it's mis-specified components, unclear documentation, or vendors who disappear after delivery.

Suptelcom's site reinforces what they already practice offline: technical excellence, agile service, and national presence with teams who understand Ecuador's project realities. For visitors, that means fewer dead ends and more confidence that they're talking to a distributor who can back the rack, the roll of cable, and the tester with traceable support.

Looking ahead

Roadmap-friendly foundations mean Suptelcom can keep amplifying new launches, technical articles, and partner brands as their portfolio grows—without rebuilding from scratch every year.
